I cannot recommend Tempest4cars highly enough. I found a vehicle that was very competitively priced compared to other equivalent models on the market and received top class customer service. I want to especially praise Liam who was a delight to deal with. Liam allowed me the time and space to inspect the car, take it for a test drive, answered any questions I had and even made sure that a few things the vehicle needed were taken care of. Liam went above and beyond the call of duty by picking me up from the train station when I returned to pick up the vehicle and even though he is very busy, responded quickly to my emails after the purchase. I also found the other salesmen in the office to be friendly and up for a bit of banter and conversation. This is a great reflection on the owner/management and what they look for in their staff. If all customers receive the kind of service I did, they will spread the word and return again themselves. Bought Mercedes S Class from Tempest, all I can say is I was absolutely delighted the way I was treated, very professional, would definitely recommend them.

My family and I have all bought cars from Tempest in the last year, a couple of Range Rovers, and Audi A6 and Merc E Class. Very easy people to deal with, and nothing’s ever too much trouble, also the guys that run the service department are really helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Tempest, particularly as their cars seem competivy priced and well prepared.

The staff at Tempest 4 cars are incredible, including Liam who went out their way to find the Audi TT I wanted and helped finance /tax my car ready to leave! Chris, Kevin and the Tempest4cars service team we have donated £50 to your cafe/coffee fund as a small token of our appreciation for the superb way that the Tempest service team handled the BMW X5 issues following purchase in December 2013 We feel that we are always treated as valued customers, respected and actually listened to - not just another job card to be cleared (as with so many other companies) As a result of the way that the X5 was handled we have more recently also entrusted the servicing and upkeep of our work horse BMW 525d to yourselves. We have, and will continue to, recommend the Tempest4 cars servicing team - probably the best team around and we have been lucky enough to have found them!

I have been dealing with Liam and Martin for some time now having bought several cars from them. I just had my Maserati serviced by Chris and the guys ... excellent job on a complex car and they made it so easy. I have purchased two cars from Tempest and on both occasions I found the sales team to be very helpful and polite - not rushing you to put pen to paper! The two cars that I have bought from Tempest have both had very low mileage and were in very good condition. If I needed any work done whilst under warranty Chris in the service department was very friendly and helpful and anything that needed doing was done. I will continue to buy my cars from Tempest in the future because Iknow they are a quality company

Brilliant company! They give sensible money for your your trade-in and they agreed to put one new tyre on the car that I purchased from them. When I went to pick it up there were four tyres - at no extra cost. I did a 160 mile round trip to them and it was worth it.

Hi Chris I just wanted to thank you so much for everything you have done with regards fixing my BMW 1 Series. I know this is part of what i paid for when I bought the car from Tempest and all the work is covered under the warranty but you have been brilliant and went the extra mile to help and ensure everything was fixed including my key and for that I am REALLY grateful. I really appreciated you coming out on Monday and then again on Wednesday to drop my car back. The service you have provided when I first had an issue has been great but again this has all been really re-assuring when I had to come back for a second time. I am still feeling pretty poorly and in fact had to see the doctor today so by you dealing with my car was one less stress for a sick pregnant lady! I hope the car does not have any other issues, i won't be going far now as baby is due any time now but I know i have no worries if i do need to contact you again (fingers crossed, i don't) You have restored my faith in the human race, it is not very often you find a genuine nice helpful person like you so thank you.
